Who do people turn to year after year for car information they can trust? None other than Consumer Reports.  The editors have recently chosen six new models for their Top Picks list for 2011. And, the new Kia Sorrento has landed a place at the top within the Family SUV category.

This is quite the accomplishment for Kia. For Kia, to place in Consumer Reports prestigious ranking, they had to push their way past market leviathans GM and Toyota. Along with 270 other vehicles, the Kia Sorrento was assessed in three key areas: road test, reliability, and safety.
